Pay & Schedule:
  • Starting Pay: $18.00–$22.00/hour
    Night Shift Differential: +$1.50/hour

12-Hour | 2-2-3 Schedule:
  • Days: 6:45 AM–7:00 PM
  • Nights: 6:45 PM–7:00 AM

With a 2-2-3 schedule, you work about half the days of the year, giving you more full days off while still working a full-time schedule.

What You'll Do:
As a Production Line Operator, you'll help keep our manufacturing operation running safely and efficiently while producing quality products. You'll work with equipment, monitor product quality, and be part of a high-performing team.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Operate equipment safely while following established safety policies and procedures.
  • Monitor product quality through visual and mechanical inspections.
  • Perform equipment setups according to established procedures.
  • Load and unload equipment.
  • Follow written and verbal instructions, procedures, and work orders.
  • Accurately record information required for quality and product traceability.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Identify and report potential safety hazards.
  • Participate in cross-training and learn additional areas of the operation.
  • Perform other duties as needed to support the team.

What We're Looking For:
You don't need years of manufacturing experience to be considered. Prior manufacturing experience is a plus, but we're also looking for dependable people who are mechanically inclined, willing to learn, and ready to be part of a team.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
  • Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages.
  • Basic mechanical and computer skills.
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including scheduled weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to stand for up to 12 hours per shift.
  • Ability to push/pull up to 50 lbs. multiple times per day.
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 35 lbs.
  • Ability to work effectively in a high-performing team environment with limited supervision.
  • Ability to successfully complete required background and drug screening.
  • Willingness to be trained to operate a forklift if needed.
