Pay & Schedule:

Starting Pay: $18.00–$22.00/hour
Night Shift Differential: +$1.50/hour

12-Hour | 2-2-3 Schedule:

Days: 6:45 AM–7:00 PM
Nights: 6:45 PM–7:00 AM

With a 2-2-3 schedule, you work about half the days of the year, giving you more full days off while still working a full-time schedule.

What You'll Do:

As a Production Line Operator, you'll help keep our manufacturing operation running safely and efficiently while producing quality products. You'll work with equipment, monitor product quality, and be part of a high-performing team.

Your responsibilities will include:

Operate equipment safely while following established safety policies and procedures.
Monitor product quality through visual and mechanical inspections.
Perform equipment setups according to established procedures.
Load and unload equipment.
Follow written and verbal instructions, procedures, and work orders.
Accurately record information required for quality and product traceability.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Identify and report potential safety hazards.
Participate in cross-training and learn additional areas of the operation.
Perform other duties as needed to support the team.

What We're Looking For:

You don't need years of manufacturing experience to be considered. Prior manufacturing experience is a plus, but we're also looking for dependable people who are mechanically inclined, willing to learn, and ready to be part of a team.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages.
Basic mechanical and computer skills.
Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including scheduled weekends and holidays.
Ability to stand for up to 12 hours per shift.
Ability to push/pull up to 50 lbs. multiple times per day.
Ability to occasionally lift up to 35 lbs.
Ability to work effectively in a high-performing team environment with limited supervision.
Ability to successfully complete required background and drug screening.
Willingness to be trained to operate a forklift if needed.
